We laughed when the original six ISPs were announced to trial the Government’s ISP-level internet filtering scheme – aside from iPrimus, we’d never heard of any of them. Well, yesterday the Government added a seventh ISP to the trial, and this time it’s a biggie. Optus will be taking part in the trial from May 22.

Well… now that HSC is over for me, let’s think back to what we know about the staff members in our school.
This first post will start off with our Adm,in staff. That is, Principal, Vice principals, front office, and other admin staff. Some admin staff will be grouped with other sections, such as Ms. Connors will be in the HSIE section, and Mr. Lowcock for the PDHPE department (he IS head of that department!).

English paper 2!
Prior to the test, I was actually quite worried that it would be very specific. Since you know, last year and all, they could give us something evil.
However, at about 8:40, Mr Love walked past Norman and I with the papers and told us that it was an easy paper. Immediate relief.
So, during reading time, I looked at the questions, and immediately though “YES!” (I wasn’t the only one, could hear it repeated around me and saw the jubilant expressions on people’s faces XD).
The questions were quite general, they were easy to answer. For many of us it was just dumping our essay and editing a few minor parts.
Overall… modules was actually quite easy. Although, I heard that the Emma & Clueless question was quite annoying, with that huge paragraph and all.
What thoughts do the rest of you have on English Advanced Paper 2?
So glad that the Board of Studies decided to be nice with the last year of these texts!
